hen using Microsoft Outlook client to access Exchange mailboxes and Inbox, the Outlook does not actually update the all mailboxes and Inbox folder.

The content and emails in the mailboxes are not refreshed, i.e.

only the old emails are shown, and new emails are not downloaded to Outlook, even though the status bar stated that the folder is updated.

The new contents such as emails, contacts, calendar items, tasks, notes and others are not updated and not downloaded even though user manually select “update folder” in order to pull the new data.

When the items in Outlook is mismatched with online version, the cached items may be corrupted.
